The technical staff of GIBSIN is organized in five disciplines:

Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation and Control, and Environment Engineering. Each is headed by a Manager responsible for the technical quality, technology upgrade and staff support to the projects. The technical staff is located in the Hsintien, Taipei headquarter.

GIBSIN has a Construction Department for the supervision of work at site. It performs contracting, quality check, work schedule, progress verification, final acceptance, turn over, etc. The staff is resident at the job sites, returning to headquarter upon completion of the assignment.

GIBSIN adopts the project team approach in executing projects. Based on the technical, cost and schedule requirements, the suitable staff are drawn from the disciplines to staff the project team. A Project Manager is assigned to lead the team and be responsible for its success. The Project Manager is the single point of contact with the Client and internally acts to coordinate matters among disciplines.

Supporting all disciplines is the Purchasing and Contracts Department. The department provides procuments, cost estimates, establish legal contracts and change orders, make arrangements to witness shop tests and expedite delivery of procured materials and equipment.

To ensure the professional services quality, GIBSIN's quality management system was certified by SGS Taiwan Ltd. in March, 2009, registered at UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation, CNAB renamed in 2005) for its conformance with the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. GIBSIN is the first one of few large A/E companies in Taiwan that obtained TAF's certification. The Quality Assurance Department is responsible to report directly to the President, to assist other department, to sustain quality and to get the goals of customer satisfaction.
