Since its establishment in 1979, GIBSIN has engineered more than 70% of the new fossil fueled generation, in a total of 26,520 MW, for Taiwan Power Company and Independent Power Producer in Taiwan. Based on the technology transfer from the U.S. partner and the core competence continuously improved.
